Configuration: Folder Cover Templates

• Global Properties

  Add the following line to the global properties located at /opt/alfresco/conf/alfresco-global.properties.

  ## ecm4u Folder Cover Templates
  # Path to the template mapping file
  ecm4u.foldercovertemplates.mappings=classpath:alfresco/extension/sbcs-ecm4uBizDocs-foldercovertemplates-mapping.properties

• Mapping file

  Put the mapping file in the path <TOMCAT>/shared/classes/alfresco/extension/sbcs-ecm4uBizDocs-foldercovertemplates-mapping.properties For usage of the provided templates in the Smart Business Context Services module, insert the following lines into the mapping file:

  BusinessPartner=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/BusinessPartner
  Employee=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Employee
  Contract=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Contract
  Case=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Case
  Project=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Project
  Product=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Product
  Meeting=/share/proxy/alfresco/ecm4u/bpi/covertemplate/Meeting

  If Alfresco is running, restart it.
